《流氓读书会》是改编自同名超人气网络漫画。故事讲述少年尹载民（黄旼炫 饰）虽很想拥有优异的学习成绩，但他的所有才华都集中于打架的实力上，他在这地球上最差的路成职业高中组建“学习小组”后开始激烈地准备入学考试。

妹妹江放歌性情率真，为人仗义，梦想是成为糕点师，而姐姐江晨音的理想是嫁个有钱人。江放歌为帮前男友筹集欠款到处奔波，偶遇因逃婚来本市的富二代季风，两人相爱并很快结婚。季风决心将婚事告知父母之时，却突发车祸昏迷。江放歌找不到季风，又发现自己怀孕了，姐姐江晨音劝她生下孩子。江放歌十月怀胎生子，姐姐和孩子却失踪了。1年后，江放歌再遇季风，也找到了姐姐，然而真相让她很痛心。姐姐当初利用孩子的谎言进入季家，希能嫁给季风，未料季风醒来后失忆，对她十分排斥，他心中恋恋不忘的还是江放歌。江晨音多次伤害妹妹，最后失去了一切。而江放歌重情重义，以德报怨，逆境中勇敢追求自己的梦想，不但有了自己的事业也收获了美满婚姻。

蔚蓝一号是一项举世瞩目的科研项目，为此境外间谍机构SAD实施破坏，被沙澎国操控的修罗则希望窃取它的核心技术。国安干警霍敏和队员们瓦解了SAD发起的阴谋、识破了修罗的渗透策略，最终将内鬼和间谍绳之以法。
